Job Description

We are a busy solo-practitioner Internal Medicine practice looking for a Medical Assistant with the following qualities/ credentials to fill a fI'll time position in our office. Our team is looking for an adaptable MA that can quickly learn and move around as needed based on the needs of the office.
  • Experience with both front and back office MA duties
  • Experience with room patients, vital signs, EKG, minor procedures, room prep, wound care, autoclave.
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Experience with coordinating referrals and submitting prior authorizations for specialist visits and procedures
  • Proficient in EHR and familiar with medical office software systems
  • Extremely organized Works well with others
  • Outgoing, friendly and great attitude 2+ years experience is preferred
