Duties Assist healthcare providers during patient examinations, procedures, and treatments with professionalism and enthusiasm Prepare patients for exams by taking vital signs, recording medical histories, and explaining procedures clearly Manage patient records efficiently using electronic health record systems, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy Schedule appointments, confirm patient visits, and handle patient inquiries with a positive attitude Maintain clinical cleanliness by sterilizing equipment, restocking supplies, and adhering to infection control standards Experience Certification as a Medical Assistant from an accredited program is required; active certification must be maintained throughout employment Prior experience in a clinical setting 2-3 yrs.
