The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care in various settings, including urgent care, clinics, and hospitals. This position requires a compassionate individual who is capable of handling both clinical and administrative tasks efficiently while ensuring patient comfort and safety. Must have at least one year of Advaned MD software experiance. The more experiance in Epic, the better. Responsibilities Assist healthcare providers with patient examinations and procedures. Perform basic life support as needed and maintain current certification. Manage patient intake, including obtaining medical histories and vital signs. Support medical administrative functions such as scheduling appointments and managing patient records. Prepare patients and assist with imaging as required. Use proper safety protocols. Skills EMR Knowledge and experience with EPIC preferred. Has strong clinical experience. OBGYN experience a plus. Strong knowledge of medical administrative support functions. Experience working in clinical settings such as outpatient clinics. Excellent communication skills to interact with patients, families, and healthcare professionals. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail. i.e. referrals, authorizations, etc..
