Part-Time Medical Assistant / Front Desk Coordinator Private Family Practice - Folsom We are a private family practice in Folsom seeking a dependable and personable Part-Time Medical Assistant with strong front office skills, who is team-oriented, proactive, and able to efficiently manage multiple responsibilities while providing excellent patient care and customer service. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced medical environment and is comfortable multitasking throughout the day.

Schedule:

Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 12:30 PM Responsibilities Greeting and checking in patients Answering multi-line phones Scheduling appointments Verifying insurance and updating patient information Managing front desk workflow and patient communications Assisting providers and staff as needed Maintaining accurate electronic medical records Performing general administrative and clerical duties Qualifications Medical Assistant experience preferred Front desk and customer service experience in a medical office strongly preferred Experience with Epic EMR is preferred Strong multitasking and organizational skills Professional, friendly, and dependable Excellent communication skills and attention to detail To apply, please submit your resume and brief cover letter.
