The ideal candidate will have at least 1-2 years of hands-on experience, proficiency in back-office operations, and strong bilingual (Spanish/English) communication skills. This role requires a professional who can thrive in a fast-paced environment while ensuring high-quality patient care and supporting clinical staff. Key Responsibilities Assist clinical staff including RNs and LVNs with daily medical functions in compliance with established policies and procedures. Perform injections, phlebotomy, EKGs, and document accurately using Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems. Manage high-volume patient flow while maintaining attention to detail and quality care. Support preventive health care initiatives and patient education. Promote a collaborative, team-oriented approach to patient care. Qualifications & Requirements Diploma from an accredited Medical Assistant Program . Certified Medical Assistant (CMA, RMA, CCMA, etc.). Active Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Minimum 1 year of back-office experience (2 years overall MA experience preferred).
