Mystique Medical Spa is a well-established medical aesthetic practice in Fresno, CA, built on integrity, safety, education, outstanding customer service, growth, teamwork, and fun. We are seeking a Bilingual Spanish Medical Assistant to join our team and help provide exceptional care to our patients. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of experience as a Medical Assistant in a medical setting. Experience in plastic surgery, dermatology, or aesthetic practices is preferred but not required. The candidate must be bilingual, with strong verbal and written Spanish skills.

What You'll Do:

Support providers and ensure an exceptional patient experience from consultation to post-treatment follow-up Prepare treatment rooms and assist during procedures Educate patients on treatments, products, and aftercare instructions Accurately complete intake forms, medical histories, consent forms, and documentation Perform basic clinical tasks, such as blood draws, PRP preparation, and other approved procedures Maintain organization, inventory, and cleanliness of clinical areas Communicate effectively with patients, vendors, and team members Uphold strict confidentiality, HIPAA compliance, and safety protocols

What We're Looking For:

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Medical Assistant Bilingual in Spanish (verbal and written) Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive Experience in aesthetic, dermatology, or plastic surgery practices is a plus
