Full Job Description Position Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Medical Assistant/ Allergy Technician to join our team. The Allergy Technician/Medical Assistant will assist in providing allergy testing, administering immunotherapy, and supporting patients throughout their treatment journey. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys both patient interaction and hands-on clinical work. Key Responsibilities Perform allergy skin testing and pulmonary function testing under physician supervision Prepare and administer allergy immunotherapy injections, sublingual, and oral treatments Monitor patients for adverse reactions and provide appropriate support and follow-up Accurately document treatments, test results, and progress in the EMR system Educate patients on allergy procedures, treatment plans, and safety protocols Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked clinical area Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure high-quality patient care Qualifications Previous experience as a Medical Assistant, Allergy Technician, or similar clinical role preferred Strong attention to detail with excellent documentation skills Ability to communicate clearly and compassionately with patients and team members Proficiency with EMR systems and standard office software Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply (Spanish preferred, not required) Current MA license preferred Why Join Us Collaborative and supportive work environment Opportunity to grow with a new and expanding clinic Make a direct impact on patient care and wellness Mon-Thurs work week, 10 hour shift.
