Medical Assistant

Ultimate Staffing is currently recruiting for a Front or Back Office Medical Assistants, Medical Receptionists, Medical Billers and Referral Coordinators that have experience in Internal Medicine, Family Practice or Pediatrics or Oncology. Bilingual Spanish is a plus but not required. This position is temp to hire and is paying $20.00 -$23.00 per hour depending on experience. Candidates must have 1 - 2 years+ of experience in the medical field. Bi-lingual is a plus!

Required Skills and Experience:

Insurance verification, eligibility Vitals Rooming Patients Immunizations/Injections Strong Knowledge of Immunization Schedule In Office Procedures and Labs Appointment Scheduling Check In/Check Out EMR Experience Referrals Billing Documents receipt assists with ensures completion of disability and other miscellaneous forms/ letters in a timely manner. Daily review and processing of voicemails, reminders, and emails.

Additional skills and qualifications:
