Spanish bilingual strongly preferred to support effective communication with our patient population.
Responsibilities include:
Phone / fax management and patient communication Preparing charts and verifying insurance / eligibility Processing visit, medication, and referral authorizations Rooming patients and assisting with clinical workflow Demonstrating medication / medical device use as needed Occasional administration of IM / SC injections We are seeking someone with a strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and team-oriented attitude . Experience preferred, though we are willing to train an exceptional candidate. You will work alongside other medical assistants in conjunction with Dr. Opgaard and 3 Nurse Practitioners in a collaborative outpatient setting.
