Rooming patients and thoroughly documenting chief complaint + skin cancer history Assists procedures such as but not limited to: biopsies, skin checks, skin excisions Prepping exam room for the proper procedures being done Cleaning room plus instruments Exam room stocking Biologics Medication Authorizations!! Logging biopsy results Prescription refill requests Returning patient calls Scribing Knowledge of common CPT and ICD coding Maintains professional beside manner Able to work well with a team Experience with obtaining treatment authorization requests, verification of insurance status, and refilling prescription requests. Able to assist physician with procedures Familiarity with computerized scheduling systems. Knowledge of inventory management practices. Help with front desk when needed.
