This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated healthcare professional who enjoys working directly with patients while providing both clinical and administrative support in a fast-paced outpatient setting.
Schedule:
Monday
  • Friday (7:00 AM
  • 4:00 PM or 8:00 AM
  • 5:00 PM) As a Medical Assistant, you will provide both clinical and administrative support to the primary care team, including: Room patients and prepare them for examinations Record vital signs, medical histories, and patient information accurately Assist providers during examinations and procedures Perform phlebotomy and specimen collection Administer injections and medications within scope of practice Prepare and stock exam rooms with necessary supplies Schedule patient appointments and coordinate follow-up visits Answer phones and assist with patient inquiries Update and maintain electronic medical records (EMR) Verify patient information and assist with administrative office duties Ensure a clean, organized, and efficient clinical environment Deliver outstanding patient care while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism Required Qualifications Minimum of 1 year of previous Medical Assistant experience Current Medical Assistant Certificate Current CPR Certification Phlebotomy Certification Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to multitask in a busy primary care setting Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient care Preferred Skills Candidates who stand out will have: Previous experience in a Primary Care or Family Practice setting Strong customer service and interpersonal skills Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a healthcare team Positive attitude and dependable work ethic If you're a dedicated Medical Assistant looking to join a supportive healthcare team and make a difference in patients' lives every day, we'd love to hear from you.
