We value our patients and provide the best care possible, we value our staff, if you would like to be part of our team please apply. Our San Bernardino/Highland/Banning office is hiring for an Experienced Bilingual Front Office Medical Receptionist/Medical Assistant. You will perform routine administrative and clinical assignments to keep the medical facility running smoothly. Responsibilities for back office, but not limited to: Perform Vital Signs along with patient intake task Prepare charts for upcoming visits Submit prior authorizations for any orders and/or medications Answer phones, check faxes Travel to multiple offices when coverage is needed.
Responsibilities for front office:
Handle all administrative duties in a timely manner Perform routine clinical tasks to support medical staff Answer phones Schedule and cancel appointments Collect co-pays Travel to multiple offices when needed
Qualifications:
Previous experience in healthcare as a medical assistant Familiarity with EHR Strong organizational skills and time management Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Team player Communication skills as you will be working with physicians and the office team. Must be willing to travel Bilingual- Spanish is a must
