Job Description

Elevated Health is a boutique, concierge-type primary care practice in Huntington Beach focused on personalized, relationship-based care. Our membership-based model prioritizes quality over volume, allowing our team to deliver an elevated patient experience in a professional, supportive environment. We are seeking a compassionate, detail-oriented Medical Assistant (MA) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our team in a back-office clinical role. Our practice is built on providing thoughtful, high-quality care, and we're looking for someone who shares that commitment and takes pride in supporting both patients and providers.
Required Qualifications:
Minimum 8-10 years of experience in a medical office setting (primary care preferred) Experience in both front and back office duties Proficient in phlebotomy (venipuncture required) Experience with IV placement and infusion therapy ( required for LVN candidates) Strong clinical skills and attention to detail Excellent communication, professionalism, and organizational skills Ability to work independently and maintain discretion Team-oriented with a positive, professional attitude
Responsibilities:
Room patients and obtain accurate vital signs Assist providers with exams and procedures Administer medications and injections as ordered Perform clinical tasks (EKGs, urine dips, specimen collection, etc.) Maintain steady patient flow and support an efficient schedule Document thoroughly and in a timely manner in the EMR Keep exam rooms clean, stocked, and ready at all times Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned to support overall clinic operations

Monday, Wednesday, Friday:
9:00 AM - 5:00
PM Tuesday, Thursday:
8:00 AM - 4:00
