Job Description

Medical Assistant - Wellness & Aesthetics CarpenDiem Wellness + Aesthetics is a new physician-led wellness and aesthetics practice opening in Orange County. We are seeking a warm, energetic Medical Assistant who is passionate about patient care, wellness, aesthetics, and helping people look and feel their best. This is a part-time position (1-2 days per week initially) with opportunities for growth as the practice expands.
Responsibilities:
Rooming patients Obtaining vitals and medical histories Assisting with IV therapies and injections Procedure setup and breakdown Inventory management Sterilization and supply organization Charting within Aesthetic Record EMR Patient education and follow-up
Ideal Candidate:
Medical Assistant certification preferred Experience in aesthetics, wellness, plastic surgery, dermatology, or concierge medicine preferred Comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment Positive attitude and exceptional communication skills Reliable and detail-oriented Competitive hourly pay plus growth opportunities.
