This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual who is passionate about aesthetics, patient care, and helping patients look and feel their best. Position Overview The ideal candidate will have experience in a medical spa, plastic surgery, dermatology, or aesthetic practice environment and be comfortable assisting with patient care, cosmetic treatments, and clinical operations. Candidates with CoolSculpting experience are strongly preferred. Responsibilities Room and prepare patients for consultations and treatments Assist providers with aesthetic and cosmetic procedures Support injectable treatment appointments, including Botox®, Dysport®, dermal fillers, biostimulators, and regenerative treatments Perform patient intake, medical histories, and documentation Capture and organize before-and-after photography Assist with CoolSculpting and other body contouring procedures Maintain treatment rooms, equipment, and inventory Provide exceptional patient education and customer service Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and HIPAA protocols Assist with treatment scheduling and patient follow-up as needed Qualifications Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) required Previous experience in aesthetics, plastic surgery, dermatology, or medical spa setting preferred CoolSculpting experience strongly preferred Knowledge of cosmetic injectables and aesthetic treatments a plus Excellent communication and patient relationship skills Professional appearance and demeanor Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, luxury patient environment What We Offer Competitive compensation: $25-$30 per hour Opportunity to work alongside experienced aesthetic providers Growing cosmetic surgery and medical spa practice Supportive team culture Employee treatment and product discounts Career growth opportunities within the aesthetics industry If you are passionate about aesthetics, patient care, and delivering an exceptional patient experience, we would love to hear from you.
