TMS THERAPEUTICS IN SAN DIEGO, INC. TMS
Technician /Medical Assistant:
We are a growing mental health clinic specializing in Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) therapy for depression and anxiety. We are looking for a compassionate, reliable team member to join our clinic and work closely with patients throughout their treatment journey.Schedule:
- Tuesday, Thursday, Friday
- 9:00 AM
- 5:00
PM Compensation:
$25/hourWhat You'll Do:
- Administer TMS treatments (training provided)
- Build rapport with patients and provide emotional support during sessions
- Monitor patient comfort and safety throughout treatment
- Assist with patient scheduling and clinic flow
- Handle insurance-related tasks, including prior authorizations and benefits verification
- Communicate effectively with providers and team members
- Maintain accurate documentation
What We're Looking For:
- Strong interpersonal skills and a warm, patient-centered approach
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable working in a mental health setting
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a clinical environment
Required:
- Familiarity with insurance processes (prior auths, eligibility checks, etc.)
- Interest in mental health, psychiatry, or patient care Preferred (but not required):
- Experience in a healthcare setting
- Pre-nursing, pre-PA, or healthcare students welcome
