The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care and support to our medical staff. This position requires a blend of clinical skills and patient service expertise, ensuring that our patients receive the best possible experience during their visits. Must be willing to go between 3 locations if needed. Primary location is La Mesa. Chula Vista and Escondido are the other two locations. Duties Perform clinical tasks such as taking vital signs, preparing patients for examinations, and documenting medical histories. Conduct hearing tests Administer medications and injections as directed by physicians or nursing staff. Conduct basic laboratory tests and assist with CT testing when necessary. Provide exceptional patient service by addressing inquiries and concerns while ensuring a comfortable environment for patients. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care. Uphold strict adherence to safety protocols and infection control measures. Requirements Certification as a Medical Assistant or equivalent experience is preferred. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients and healthcare team members. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing healthcare needs. CPR/BLS Certification required. Spanish speaking preferred. Must be willing to go between 3 locations if needed.
