We focus on metabolic health, hormone balance, nutrition, and lifestyle medicine. We provide personalized care and advanced lab testing in a supportive, patient-centered environment. Position Summary We are seeking a reliable and compassionate Medical Assistant (MA) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong phlebotomy skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a genuine passion for holistic and integrative healthcare. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working closely with patients in a calm, supportive setting. Key Responsibilities Perform blood draws and process lab specimens. Take and record patient vitals (blood pressure, heart rate, weight, etc.). Prepare exam rooms and assist with procedures as needed. Maintain accurate and confidential patient records (EMR documentation). Support the provider with patient flow and office organization. Provide patients with instructions for lab tests, supplements, and protocols. Assist with general office tasks (answering phones, scheduling, patient intake). Qualifications Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) preferred. Must be skilled in phlebotomy (blood draws required). Previous experience in a clinic, family practice, or functional/holistic medicine setting is a plus. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented, dependable, and professional.
