8:00 AM- 12:00 PM Position Overview The Medical Assistant will primarily work back office, partnering closely with the physician to deliver exceptional patient care in a concierge-style Internal Medicine and Wellness practice.
In addition to traditional clinical responsibilities, you'll have the opportunity to assist with wellness procedures, support patients on their health journey, and help create an outstanding patient experience. We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys helping others, is passionate about healthy living, and wants to grow with a practice focused on prevention, wellness, and personalized care. Responsibilities Room patients and obtain vital signs Perform venipuncture and process laboratory specimens Administer injections as directed by the provider Assist with ultrasound-based skin tightening treatments Prepare patients for examinations and procedures Maintain accurate EMR documentation Coordinate laboratory testing and follow-up care Assist with patient education and treatment plans Maintain exam rooms and clinical supplies Deliver exceptional patient care and customer service Qualifications Minimum 2 years of recent back-office Medical Assistant experience Strong venipuncture skills required Experience administering injections EMR experience required Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Professional appearance and demeanor Strong customer service skills Desire to learn new procedures and treatment modalities Medical Assistant Certification preferred The Ideal Candidate We are looking for a polished, compassionate Medical Assistant who takes pride in delivering an outstanding patient experience.
