Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION
We are currently seeking a bilingual (Spanish-speaking) Medical Assistant to join our growing medical practice in the Harbor area of Los Angeles. This position is ideal for someone who is reliable, organized, and hands-on with patients , and who takes pride in doing things the right way every time. This is a fast-paced environment where attention to detail, professionalism, and consistency are essential.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist with patient care including vitals, blood pressure, and patient intake Perform subcutaneous injections (training provided if needed) Assist with physical therapy and rehabilitation procedures Maintain accurate and organized patient records Prepare treatment areas and support clinical flow Communicate clearly with patients and team members Follow office systems and procedures with consistency and accuracy
COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE
$22.00 - $25.00 per hour (based on experience) Performance-based bonus opportunities Full-time or part-time available
REQUIREMENTS
Bilingual Spanish - REQUIRED Highly proficient Spanish preferred; strong communication skills required Medical Assistant diploma or certification - REQUIRED Ability to work in a fast-paced clinical setting Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions Reliable and consistent attendance Strong interpersonal and communication skills Team-oriented with a positive attitude Ability to multitask and stay organized
TRAINING
We provide training on office procedures, therapies, and clinical workflows. New graduates are encouraged to apply if motivated and ready to learn.
