  • Full-time We are looking for an experienced, charismatic pediatric Medical Assistant who is interested in a full-time position and has exceptional customer service skills.
We are a rapidly growing, holistic-minded pediatric medical office looking to expand our team. We currently have an amazing medical assistant and office manager team, and we are looking to hire another person to help share that load. We are looking for someone for a full-time role if it is the right fit. Customer service is a must for this position. Significant customer service experience is required. We are a high-end concierge pediatric office that cares for a large number of prominent families, including well-known and celebrity patients, so professionalism, discretion, warmth, and excellent communication are essential.
Important skills and qualities include:
Medical Assistant experience, ideally in pediatrics Experience giving vaccines Front office experience, including answering phones, scheduling, emails, and patient check-in Interest in office administration duties A warm, outgoing personality Patience, trustworthiness, and a genuine love for children Ability to work well as part of a close team Experience in integrative medicine is a plus but is not required. However, the right candidate must be open to working in a holistic and integrative pediatric setting. Our goal is for the right person to integrate into our team.
