Open position is for weekends 9:45am - 5pm. Must be able to work both Saturday and Sunday. Option for additional hours during the weekdays may be available. Interest in natural and integrative medicine is required: BeWell focuses on vitamins, botanicals, and peptides in IVs and injections, weight loss, laser treatments, and body sculpting. We are looking for strong medical assistants who are positive, friendly, outgoing, good multi-taskers, and can work synergistically alongside of the other medical staff. If you have experience with a med spa or medical environment that's preferable. You must be good with tech, and ability to create and post on social media is a plus. We offer employees a monthly services stipend to apply towards their own personal wellness, along with competitive pay. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures. Manage appointments and ensure accurate billing processes. Respond via phone and email to patient inquiries and provide information about services. Support patient education of available services, pricing, and sales. Assist in maintaining records related to patient visits. Experience Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role is preferred. Experience working in a healthcare environment is a plus. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for interacting with guests and team members. Proficiency in using computer systems for appointments and administrative tasks.

Pay:

$25.00 - $35.00 per hour
