Our focus on Otolaryngology allows us to deliver personalized treatment in a compassionate environment. Summary We are seeking a dedicated Medical Assistant to join our team at San Jose Ear and Sinus Medical Center answering phones, scheduling patients, Rooming patients, taking vital signs, scribing in the Epic medical records Responsibilities . must be familiar with Epic EMR software Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations at all times. Support the medical staff with administrative tasks to enhance patient care. Qualifications Proven experience as a Medical Assistant or in a similar role within a medical office setting is required EMR experience with Epic software is mandatory. Strong understanding of medical terminology is beneficial. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on patient interaction. Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Bilingual skills are a plus to better serve our diverse patient base.
