REQUIREMENTS

6+ months of experience Bilingual in Spanish Experience with EMR systems Job Description Handles administrative and internal office work Maintains and updates records, files, and databases Performs data entry with accuracy and attention to detail Prepares daily, weekly, and monthly reports Processes invoices, bills, and internal documentation Supports front office, sales, or operations teams Manages emails and internal communications Assists with basic accounting, HR, or inventory tasks Ensures documents follow company policies and procedures Uses MS Excel, Word, and email systems regularly Coordinates with different departments when required Maintains confidentiality of company data Work Site This is a fully on-site position in Lynwood, California. Schedule Monday-Friday, flexible to work between 7:15am-5:30pm. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lynwood, CA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
