Must be able to multi-task, be comfortable working in a fast paced environment, and have the ability to work independently. Is Able to travel between the Menifee and Temecula office.

Job Summary:

Includes but not limited to: 1. Performs routine and basic front and back office duties 2. Assist front office with scheduling patient appointments, data entry, patient inquiries, referrals, faxing and scanning in documents. 3. Interview patients and accurately record information in EMR, vital signs, EKG, urinalysis, PPD skin tests, and other diagnostic tests. 4. Assist the Physician with procedures and set up. 5. Stock inventory. 6. Ensure cleanliness of the back office and exam rooms.

REQUIREMENTS

1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills 2. Knowledge of medical terminology 3. The ability to organize plan and coordinate multiple tasks with a high sense of urgency and follow-through 4. Ability to work both in a team environment as well as independently 5. Friendly demeanor with exceptional customer service skills 6. Bilingual - English and Spanish an advantage 7. CPR Certification 8.
