Medical Receptionist/Medical Assistant

Busy Dermatology Practice in Menlo Park seeks a full-time experienced Medical Receptionist/Assistant. We require a detail-oriented professional with strong customer service, interpersonal and communication skills. Applicants must be able to prioritize and adapt to changing situations in a calm and professional manner. Must have proven experience with the full range of front and back office duties. Job responsibilities include room stocking and set up, checking in and rooming patients, answering the phone and scheduling appointments, setting up and assisting with procedures, pharmacy refills/prior authorizations, and other duties as assigned. 1+ year of medical assistant experience in a medical office is required.
