Job Description

Job Summary Busy Private Dermatology Clinic looking for a hard working, enthusiastic team player to join our office as Back Office Medical assistant.
Responsibilities and Duties Dermatology Medical Assistant:
Full-Time Position Applicants must have at least 1+ years' work experience as medical assistant in a busy doctor's office. Dermatology experience a plus. Applicant needed for back office work in a Private Dermatology Group Practice who is capable of working independently and to make our patients a priority. Must be Organized, Hardworking, Efficient, Responsible, PUNCTUAL, excellent with computers, personable, team oriented, be outgoing and friendly, and have outstanding bedside manners with patients. Must be able to work in fast paced environment.
Qualifications and Skills Requirements:
Bilingual:
English/Spanish Excellent computer skills, Ipad will be used on a daily basis- Professional with excellent work ethics, works fast and is efficient, PUNCTUAL, does not miss work days, is extremely organized and can multi-task. Must be able to assist providers with Biopsies, MOHS Surgery, Cosmetic Procedures. Must have knowledge of Cosmetic procedures (Botox, Fillers, Lasers) Have excellent grammar - electronic medical records will be used Knowledge of Electronic Medical Records is a must. Proficient with patient care duties to include rooming patients, assist with procedures, scribing notes and sending prescriptions electronically.
