Full Job Description Established cosmetic surgery practice seeking a medical assistant who truly has compassion for patients and enjoys the Aesthetics field. The ideal candidate must have prior medical assistant experience, great organizational skills, self-motivated and desire to learn. Medical assistant positions available for the Medical Spa and/or Operating Suite.

Responsibilities include:

Assisting providers with treating and managing patients (eg. preparing patients; recording medications/vitals; taking photos; preparing rooms and supplies; performing minor procedures) Providing patient support (eg. checking-in on patients; scheduling procedures, providing counseling) Managing patient and work flow (eg. checking patients in/out, rooming patients, scheduling appointments, collecting payments) Managing supplies, equipment, and facility Maintaining a safe, secure, and healthy work environment by establishing and following standards and procedures. Proactively improving performance by providing feedback to management. Team player, willingness to help out other co-workers and do whatever it takes for a successful work day even if it's outside your job description. Requirements • 3+ years of demonstrated success in a certified medical assistant. Prior experience in Plastic Surgery, or a similar role in Dermatology or a Medical Spa a plus! •Bilingual - Spanish speaking
