Position Details Part-Time, as needed (approximately 6-10 hours per week to start) Includes approximately one Saturday per month Hours are not guaranteed and will vary based on clinic demand, especially initially Strong potential for increased hours as the practice grows Role Summary This hybrid role combines front desk coordination, office support, and clinical assistance. You will help create an exceptional patient experience while supporting daily clinic operations and assisting with both administrative and clinical tasks. Job Duties & Responsibilities Front Desk /

Patient Experience:

Greet patients with a warm, polished, concierge-level presence Guide each visit with a calm, attentive, high-touch experience Schedule, confirm, and rebook appointments efficiently Support treatment plan follow-through and patient retention Assist with sales and conversion through natural, consultative conversations Manage calls, texts, and DMs professionally and promptly Maintain a clean, organized, elevated front desk environment

Office & Business Support:

Capture high-quality before/after photos and treatment videos Assist with content creation and social media management Respond to comments and DMs in alignment with brand tone Maintain brand consistency across all patient touchpoints Track and manage inventory and supplies Support clinic workflow and daily operations

Medical Assistant Support:

Prepare and turn over treatment rooms efficiently Apply topical numbing as directed Set up trays and supplies for procedures Assist provider during treatments as needed Maintain cleanliness, sterility, and infection control standards Ensure proper handling and storage of medical supplies What It Takes to Excel in This Role A proactive, detail-oriented individual who anticipates needs, takes initiative, and is committed to delivering a high standard of patient care and experience.

Qualifications Required:

Minimum 1 year of Medical Assistant experience High school diploma or equivalent Current BLS/CPR certification Knowledge of basic clinical procedures and infection control Strong communication and interpersonal skills Highly organized with strong attention to detail Reliable, punctual, and professional

Preferred:
