As a Medical Assistant, you will work closely with the doctor and engage with our amazing patients, while playing a pivotal role in supporting our medical staff and ensuring exceptional patient care. This position requires a commitment to working full-time, including being open to some Saturdays, and offers a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the front desk by welcoming patients, collecting payments, managing phone lines, scheduling appointments, and other supportive administrative tasks. Coordinate with medical staff, patients, and providers to ensure smooth communication and workflow. Assist with rooming patients, ensuring their comfort and preparing them for examinations or treatments. Assist medical providers with procedures such as injectable treatments, laser therapies, and minor surgical interventions. Take patient vitals, medical histories, and update records in our electronic health system. Support the medical staff in documenting accurate and detailed patient notes. Prepare examination rooms, maintaining cleanliness, organization, and adequate supply levels. Handle surgical tools and equipment with care, following sterilization protocols. Respond promptly to patient correspondence, addressing inquiries and providing information. Collaborate with the medical team to ensure efficient patient flow and timely care. Educate patients on pre- and post-procedure care, answering any questions they may have. Manage inventory of medical supplies and assist with ordering as needed. Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and office policies. Have a solid understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate them to our patients.

Required Qualifications:

Bilingual in Spanish proficiency in Medical Terminology. Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a medical office setting, with clinical and administrative responsibilities. Strong interest in the cosmetic field. Proficient in using electronic health record (EHR) systems. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Outstanding written and grammar skills. Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational abilities. Adaptable to a fast-paced, changing environment.

Desired Qualifications:

Phlebotomy experience preferred
