Job Description

We are a boutique facial plastic surgery and aesthetics practice dedicated to delivering refined, personalized care in a warm and elevated environment. Our team is passionate about excellence, attention to detail, and creating an exceptional patient experience from the first consultation through recovery. We are seeking a polished, compassionate, and highly organized Medical Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced, patient-centered setting. This role is ideal for someone who values aesthetics, professionalism, and meaningful patient relationships while supporting advanced surgical and non-surgical facial procedures. What You'll Do Create a welcoming, luxury-level experience for every patient from arrival to follow-up Assist providers during consultations, treatments, and in-office procedures Prepare treatment rooms and maintain exceptional standards of cleanliness and organization Obtain medical histories, vital signs, photographs, and accurate documentation within EMR systems Support surgical workflow, patient education, and post-procedure care instructions Coordinate patient communication, scheduling, follow-ups, and care continuity Maintain inventory, supplies, and clinical readiness throughout the practice Collaborate closely with a high-performing team focused on precision, aesthetics, and outstanding service What We're Looking For Previous experience in plastic surgery, dermatology, aesthetics, ENT, or a luxury medical environment preferred Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a naturally warm and professional presence Detail-oriented with the ability to anticipate patient and provider needs Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-touch clinical environment Experience with EMR systems, clinical documentation, and patient coordination Knowledge of medical terminology, sterile technique, injections, and outpatient clinical workflows preferred BLS certification preferred Our Culture We believe exceptional results begin with exceptional care.
