What you'll do Visit patients in their homes Complete Medicare Annual Wellness Visits Complete Well-Child Visits Focus on prevention, not reaction Build real patient relationships Support seniors and families at home Use your clinical skills where they matter most Must-haves 1+ year as a Medical Assistant CMA, RMA, or equivalent 6+ months in primary care or internal medicine Comfortable traveling to patient homes Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license Nice to have Experience with Medicare Annual Wellness Visits Experience with Well-Child Visits Perks & pay
