In this role, you will be the face of our clinic, balancing front-desk administrative duties with hands-on patient clinical support. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, possesses excellent people skills, and is passionate about helping patients on their wellness journeys.
Duties Patient Experience:
Greet patients warmly, manage the check-in/check-out process, and maintain a welcoming lobby environment.
Scheduling & Phones:
Manage the doctor's schedule, answer phone calls, respond to emails, and make appointment reminder calls.
Clinical Support:
Prepare treatment rooms, guide patients through the clinic flow, and assist with therapies like decompression or hot/cold packs (full training provided).
Billing & Records:
collect payments, and maintain accurate Electronic Medical Records (EMR).
Clinic Upkeep:
Keep the treatment areas clean, organized, and adequately stocked with necessary supplies
Qualifications MA Certification:
Proof of active certification from a recognized national body (e.g., AAMA, AMT, or NHA).
CPR/AED Certification:
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is standard across all clinics.
Neuromusculoskeletal Assessment:
Ability to take precise patient vitals and record a detailed history focusing on pain levels, injury mechanisms, and ranges of motion. [1]
Therapeutic Modality Setup:
Knowledge of how to safely set up and monitor patients on hot/cold packs, traction tables, decompression setups, or passive therapy machines.
