3-months Contract initially (potential to extend) Benefits Competitive hourly pay Great working location Health insurance options Weekly payroll Supportive team environment Opportunity to gain experience in pediatric healthcare Required Qualifications High School Diploma or GED 1-2 years of Clinical Assistant or Front Desk experience Strong front office skills Ability to work in a fast-paced pediatric setting (minimum of 100 patients a day) Outgoing personality and excellent customer service skills Comfortable interacting directly with children and families A Day in the Life Welcome and assist pediatric patients and their families Answer multi-line phone lines and route calls Register patients and verify insurance and authorizations Schedule and update patient appointments using electronic systems Collect and enter patient demographic and insurance information Prepare medical records for clinical visits Support multiple clinics on different floors, delivering outstanding service About Us Power Personnel has been connecting healthcare professionals with top employers in Northern California since 1994.
