F. de Beixedon, M.D. is a concierge medical office in Pasadena, CA.
Responsibilities:
  • Assist healthcare provider with patient examinations and procedures
  • Administer injections as directed by healthcare provider
  • Take and record patient vital signs, such as blood pressure, temperature, and weight
  • Prepare patients for examinations and treatments
  • Collect and prepare laboratory specimens for testing
  • Perform basic laboratory tests, such as urine dipsticks
  • File charts, make copies, fax paperwork
  • Provide medical administrative support, including scheduling appointments, managing medical records, and answering phones
  • Assist with patient education by providing information on medications, procedures, and follow-up care
  • Venipuncture/Phlebotomy a plus
Qualifications:
  • Completion of a medical assistant training program required
  • Proficiency in medical administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments and managing electronic health records (EHR)
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to provide excellent patient service and communicate effectively with healthcare providers and patients
  • Ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail
