Role:

We're hiring a dependable and compassionate Medical Assistant I or II to join our outpatient clinic team. This role supports both front and back office duties, including patient intake, direct clinical care, and administrative tasks. Responsibilities Include:

Front Office:

Greet and check-in patients in person or by phone Schedule appointments, verify insurance, and update patient records Maintain patient confidentiality and follow HIPAA guidelines

Back Office:

Escort patients to exam rooms and prepare for visits Record vital signs, chief complaints, and medical history Perform routine procedures (injections, blood draws, urinalysis, glucose, etc.) Sterilize equipment and stock exam rooms Relay lab results as directed by the provider Assist providers with exams and minor procedures

Technology & Admin:

Navigate EHR systems for documentation and telemedicine Basic use of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Understand insurance basics (medical/commercial)

Qualifications:

Required:

Medical Assistant certificate

Preferred:

Associate degree Clinical experience in both front and back office is a plus Strong interpersonal skills and ability to multitask Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply!
