Western Slope Healthcare Center is looking for a dedicated Medical Records Assistant to help maintain accurate, secure, and compliant resident health records. πŸ’Ό What You'll Do As a key part of our team, you will: πŸ“Š Maintain and organize resident medical records (paper & electronic) πŸ₯ Ensure charts are complete, accurate, and compliant with regulations πŸ” Protect confidential health information in accordance with HIPAA πŸ“ž Respond to medical records requests and coordinate with staff and agencies πŸ—‚οΈ File, retrieve, and track records efficiently 🀝 Collaborate with nursing, administrative staff, and consultants πŸ“ Assist with reports, audits, and documentation processes 🎯 What We're Looking For High school diploma or GED required Typing speed of 45+ WPM Strong computer and data entry skills Knowledge of medical terminology (preferred, not required) Excellent organization and attention to detail Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced healthcare environment 🌱 Why Join Western Slope Healthcare Center?
