Requirements:

SPANISH REQUIRED

(Fluency will be verified during phone/in-person interview).

• Fast typist and good with internet/computer skills (there is a TYPING test)
• Excellent customer service skills
• Excellent phone skills
• Making authorization requests to insurance companies
• Paperwork, including lots of computer data entry
• Rooming patients and taking vital signs and patient medical information
• Making appointments
