Back Office duties include: Prepare exam rooms Rooming patients Preparing patients for exams and procedures Assisting providers with surgical procedures Administering injections Suture removal Wound care Stocking exam rooms Properly clean and sterilize medical equipment/instruments Ability to work and prioritize tasks Front office duties include: Answering multiple phone lines Scheduling appointments Prior Authorizations Checking in /out patients in a friendly manner Handling patient inquiries Verify patient insurance Referrals Excellent communication skills Ability to work and prioritize tasks
