We have an opening for an experienced Front Office/ Back officeMedical Assistant for a specialty group located in the city of Rancho Santa Margarita. We are looking for someone with an upbeat personality and experience in

Job Duties Include:
Maintain patient records confidentially (HIPAA
GUIDELINES
) Record patient charges, take copays. Managing authorizations
Additional Responsibilities:
1. Maintain work area, exam rooms, supplies, medications and immunizations 2. Perform basic triage per specific office protocol procedures 3. Establish and maintain effective working relationships with physicians, staff and management 4. Ability and willingness to treat all patients with the utmost kindness and consideration 5. Friendly personality with the desire to work with the public 6. Performing other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
Education:
Experienced receptionist in a medical office or/ Completion of an accredited medical assistant program
Certification/Licensure:
Experience:
1 year of office experience.
Skills:
Medical terminology Strong organizational and interpersonal skills Knowledge of EMR Knowledge of medications and injection procedures
Job Type:
Full-time Pay:
$20.00 - $30.00 per hour
