Your responsibilities will include:
Verifying patient insurance information with accuracy and efficiency. Inputting data into our system with attention to detail. Delivering excellent customer service to patients and team members alike. Managing multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment. What We're Looking For We're seeking candidates who bring the following skills and qualifications to the table:
Experience:
At least 2-3 years of experience in a medical assistant role or a related field.
Bilingual Skills:
Fluency in a second language is preferred to better assist our diverse patient base.
Customer Service Excellence:
A friendly, professional demeanor and a commitment to patient satisfaction.
Multitasking Ability:
Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple responsibilities with ease. Attention to
