No Job Description We're looking for dedicated Certified Medical Assistants to support Ridgecrest Regional Hospital's Women's Health team and deliver compassionate, patient-centered care to individuals and families. In this role, you'll help ensure a smooth and effective flow of patients through OB/GYN services, while offering care to patients from all backgrounds - especially those facing income, language, or cultural barriers. This is a high-impact position that blends technical proficiency, strong communication, and genuine empathy in every patient interaction. You'll collaborate across disciplines and provide both clinical and clerical support in a welcoming, respectful care environment. Key Responsibilities Ensure efficient clinic operations and patient flow through collaboration and planning Deliver respectful, friendly customer service to patients, families, and coworkers Maintain patient privacy and confidentiality at all times Receive co-payments and post transactions in the electronic medical record Support telemedicine providers with computer/tech setup if needed Be flexible and ready to assist in other departments as needed Collaborative Teamwork This role is part of the Women's Health clinic team and includes working with clinical, office, and support staff to ensure smooth, coordinated care and a positive experience for patients.
