As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming and supportive environment while also assisting with basic clinical duties that help our office run smoothly. Responsibilities Greet patients and visitors in a friendly, professional manner Answer and direct calls using a multi-line phone system Schedule and confirm patient appointments Assist with patient check-in and check-out Maintain accurate patient records and documentation Support front office flow and administrative tasks as needed Prepare exam rooms and assist providers during patient visits Obtain and record vital signs, medical histories, and patient information Assist with medication refills, prior authorizations, and patient follow-up communication Perform basic clinical and back-office duties within scope of training Maintain cleanliness and organization of front desk and clinical areas Complete clerical tasks including scanning, proofreading, and managing correspondence Requirements Fluent in Spanish and English (required) Medical Assistant certification or relevant clinical experience preferred Prior experience in a medical office, receptionist, or customer service role preferred Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) Comfortable using EMR systems, office equipment, and multi-line phones Professional, calm, and compassionate under pressure Positive, service-oriented attitude and team mindset Apply Today If you're passionate about serving others and want to be part of a caring, community-focused practice, we encourage you to apply.
