This role will report to our Medical Office Manager and enable us to continue scale in the healthcare industry.

Clinical duties may include chart preparation, preparing treatment rooms for patient exams, recording patients' medical history, and cleaning/sterilizing medical equipment. Escort patients to exam rooms, gather patient information, measure vital signs such as, weight, blood pressure, pulse, temperature and height. Records patients' medical history, vital signs and lab and diagnostic results in patient's chart. Must be able to collect blood, urine and other specimens for laboratory analysis ensuring proper labeling and handling. Must be detailed oriented and possess strong organizational skills in a fast-paced environment. Must be able to administer medication and vaccines as directed by a physician and provide patient education on use. Must possess good verbal and written communication skills. Must be able to prioritize a full workload while remining flexible and adapt to changes within the clinic. May require working overtime as needed. Administrative duties may include maintaining medical records management ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations. Appointment scheduling and coordination of procedures, follow-up visits optimizing the provider's schedule. Assist with obtaining authorizations, referrals and insurance verifications if needed. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications At least three (3) or more years of experience and knowledge working as a Medical Assistant Active and unrestricted Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) in California Minimum high school diploma or GED Fluent in Spanish/Mandarin/Cantonese (preferred) You're great for this role if: Ability to maintain confidentiality following HIPAA Demonstration of mature judgment Attention to detail, organized, ethical, and reliable Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in a courteous and friendly manner Environmental Job Requirements and Working Conditions Our organization follows an in-person work structure where the expectation is to work onsite on a daily basis. The office location is 3975 Jackson St. Suite 102, Riverside, CA 92503.
Work Schedule:
M-F 8am - 5pm The total pay range for this role is: $20 - $25 per hour. This salary range represents our national target range for this role.
