The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations at the front desk of our medical facility. ## Duties

• Greet patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
• Schedule patient appointments and maintain calendars
• Verify patient insurance information and collect co-pays
• Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate personnel
• Maintain electronic medical records accurately
• Assist with administrative tasks to support the medical staff ## Requirements
• Experience in medical office administration is required
• Having medical assistant certificate is required
• Proficiency in medical terminology and knowledge of medical records management
• Familiarity with Practice Fusion, Office Ally, eClinicalWorks, Epic, or similar electronic health record systems
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Knowledge of Medical terminology is a plus
• Prior experience in urgent care or medspa receptionist roles would be advantageous.
