A top rated Orange Country based plastic surgery center and medical spa group has a full time Medical Assistant position available. The hours are Monday through Friday 9-6pm (may vary due to pt appts).

PATIENT CARE AND MEDICAL ASSISTING EXPERIENCE REQUIRED, LVN PREFERRED.

Responsibilities include:

,

• Post operative care including suture removal, wound care, and patient education. Must have caring demeanor and provide excellent patient care
• Turning over/preparing exam rooms; ensuring supplies are stocked
• Assisting surgeons in minor procedures
• Coordinating patient care, pre and post op appointments
• Educate patients on treatments and technologies and skin care products
• Preparing/managing electronic medical records
• Maintain supply inventory and prepare monthly order
• Familiarity with medical equipment and technology used in the office
• Participate in training sessions as needed when booked by the office manager
• Maintaining a broad knowledge of procedures such as fillers, lasers, and high-frequency devices for patient education.
