We are seeking an experienced, energetic, and highly organized Bilingual Medical Assistant (English/Spanish preferred) who is passionate about aesthetics, patient care, and social media engagement. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional who wants to grow with a thriving aesthetic practice and transition into a full-time role as the clinic expands. Position Overview The Medical Assistant will play a vital role in supporting patient care, assisting with aesthetic procedures, maintaining clinic operations, and helping grow the practice through social media and patient engagement initiatives. The ideal candidate has prior experience in a medical aesthetics, dermatology, plastic surgery, cosmetic dentistry, or wellness setting and is comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-touch boutique environment. ResponsibilitiesClinical Support Assist providers during aesthetic and wellness procedures Prepare treatment rooms and ensure all supplies are available Assist with: Neurotoxin treatments (Botox®, Dysport®, Xeomin®, etc.) Dermal filler procedures PRP/PRF treatments RF microneedling Laser procedures Chemical peels Wellness and vitamin injections Perform room turnover and sterilization according to protocols Maintain treatment room inventory and supply levels Assist with patient intake, medical histories, and photography Obtain and document vital signs when appropriate Prepare patients before procedures and provide post-treatment instructions Administrative & Scribe Duties Serve as a medical scribe during consultations and procedures Document treatment plans accurately within the EMR Assist with scheduling, confirmations, and patient follow-up Maintain accurate patient records and consent forms Support inventory tracking and ordering Social Media & Marketing Support Capture high-quality before-and-after photos and videos Assist with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other social media content Create engaging stories, reels, and patient education content Support patient testimonials and marketing campaigns Assist with community outreach and promotional events Patient Experience Deliver exceptional customer service and patient care Build rapport with patients and create a welcoming environment Educate patients regarding treatment options, memberships, and skincare recommendations Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and a positive attitude at all times QualificationsRequired Minimum 2 years of Medical Assistant experience Previous experience in aesthetics, dermatology, plastic surgery, cosmetic dentistry, or wellness medicine Bilingual in English and Spanish Current Medical Assistant certification preferred Strong EMR documentation skills Experience with medical scribing Knowledge of infection control and room turnover procedures Comfortable assisting with injections and aesthetic procedures Excellent communication and customer service skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Preferred Experience in a medical spa or cosmetic practice Knowledge of aesthetic treatments and skincare products Experience with social media content creation Photography and video editing skills Experience with patient financing and membership programs Familiarity with RepeatMD or aesthetic practice software What We Offer Competitive hourly compensation based on experience Performance and growth opportunities Employee discounts on treatments and skincare Ongoing training and professional development Opportunity to work alongside an experienced aesthetic provider and national aesthetics educator Clear pathway from part-time to full-time employment
Schedule Part-Time:
