401(k) Competitive salary Paid time off Training & development Position Overview We are a boutique specialty practice focused exclusively on treating TMJ and sleep apnea, utilizing advanced treatment therapies. We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Medical or Dental Clinical Treatment Specialist to support patient treatment workflows, oral device coordination, procedure preparation, inventory management, and overall clinical readiness. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced clinical environment and enjoys balancing patient care support with operational coordination. Medical Assistant experience with venipuncture certification or a CPT-1 Certification preferred, but not required. Key Responsibilities Maintain clean, organized, and fully stocked treatment rooms throughout the day Prepare patient charts, forms, and treatment materials in advance Coordinate oral device cases, lab communication, and case tracking Assist with treatment workflows Perform basic blood draws (if certified) Support inventory monitoring and supply ordering Maintain accurate documentation within shared tracking systems and spreadsheets Prepare treatment bays for opening and closing procedures Assist with sterilization workflows and clinical organization Communicate professionally with patients, laboratories, and team members Qualifications Medical Assistant with venipuncture certification or licensed phlebotomist strongly preferred, but not required Candidates with previous medical, dental, aesthetics, or healthcare office experience are encouraged to apply Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Comfortable working in a fast-paced clinical environment Professional communication and patient interaction skills Experience with inventory management, treatment coordination, or laboratory workflows is a plus Ability to maintain professionalism, efficiency, and patient confidentiality at all times About the Role We are looking for someone who takes pride in creating an exceptional patient experience while helping maintain a highly organized, efficient clinical environment.
