Aesthetic Medical Assistant

Truspine is expanding its aesthetic and wellness services with the addition of the T-Shape 2 device — a multifunctional, non-invasive platform combining low-level laser, bipolar radiofrequency (RF), vacuum therapy, and deep therapeutic massage to support body contouring, skin tightening, and lymphatic drainage. We are seeking a Medical Assistant with a strong interest in aesthetics and body contouring to operate this device under physician supervision and deliver exceptional client experiences in a clinical setting. This role blends patient care, aesthetic treatments, and client relationship management within a medically guided environment. Role Summary As a Medical Aesthetic Assistant & Body Contouring Specialist , you will work directly under provider supervision to deliver T-Shape 2 treatments, support patient care plans, and guide clients through their body transformation journey.

This role integrates:

Hands-on treatment delivery Patient education Care coordination Ethical sales and retention You will play a key role in creating a high-quality, medically compliant aesthetic service line within our clinic. Key Responsibilities Perform T-Shape 2 treatments (face and body) under physician-directed protocols and supervision Follow established treatment parameters and safety guidelines for RF, laser, and vacuum modalities Assist with patient intake, screening, and documentation of contraindications Execute treatment plans as prescribed by the supervising provider Monitor patient comfort and response during procedures and report any concerns appropriately Maintain accurate documentation of: Treatment settings Session notes Progress and outcomes Capture before/after photos in compliance with clinic standards Educate patients on: Treatment expectations Pre/post-care instructions Recommended treatment plans Support client journey through follow-ups, scheduling, and care continuity Maintain strict adherence to infection control, device safety, and clinic protocols Collaborate with the Truspine team to integrate aesthetic services into overall wellness plans Requirements (Compliance-Focused) Active California Medical Assistant certification (required) Prior experience or strong interest in: Aesthetics Body contouring Wellness or fitness Ability to work under physician supervision and follow delegated protocols Strong understanding of patient safety, documentation, and clinical workflows Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Comfortable discussing treatment plans and supporting client decision-making Detail-oriented with high standards for safety and consistency Preferred Qualifications Experience in med spa, aesthetics, dermatology, or wellness clinic Familiarity with body contouring technologies (RF, laser, vacuum therapy, etc.) Background in:

• Esthetics
• Massage therapy
