In this vital role, you'll oversee Medical Assistants, drive efficient patient flow, ensure top-quality care, coach staff, and manage credentialing. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Supervise and mentor Medical Assistant staff Ensure smooth patient flow and clinic efficiency Oversee onboarding, training, scheduling, and performance reviews Streamline workflows and clinic processes Maintain clinic safety, supplies, and regulatory standards Serve as point of contact for clinical staff and credentialing needs
QUALIFICATIONS
Graduate of accredited MA or similar program (LPN, RN, EMT) Minimum 3 years' experience as a Medical Assistant Bachelor's degree preferred Current health clearances and certifications as required California Pacific Orthopaedics is an equal opportunity employer.
